You don't have to just put up with feeling "off"
Maybe your energy isn't what it used to be. Your sleep has changed. Your mood feels less predictable. Your cycle is different. You feel stressed, overwhelmed or simply not quite yourself.
These changes can be common, particularly during your 30s and 40s, but that doesn't mean you have to ignore them.
Health coaching gives you the space to step back, look at the bigger picture and understand what may be influencing how you feel. Together, we explore the areas of your life and health that are interconnected, including hormones, sleep, stress, nutrition, movement and lifestyle, and identify realistic changes that can support you.
Hi, I'm Rachel
After almost two decades working in banking, I know what it feels like to live a busy life where looking after yourself can continually fall to the bottom of the list.
My own experiences with fertility, becoming a mum, returning to a demanding career and navigating periods of significant stress led me to become increasingly interested in how deeply our everyday lives affect our health.
I trained as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach because I wanted to help women understand their bodies better, connect the dots between different areas of their health and feel more confident about the choices available to them.
Today, my approach brings together evidence-informed health coaching with a practical understanding of modern life.
How I can support you
We start with your health history and look at your current symptoms, lifestyle, routines, challenges and goals. From there, we identify the areas that may be having the biggest impact on how you feel and build a personalised plan together.
Depending on what you need, we may explore areas such as:
-
Understanding changing cycles, symptoms and the wider lifestyle factors that can influence hormonal wellbeing.
-
Looking at sleep, nutrition, stress, circadian rhythm, movement and daily habits.
-
Helping your nervous system move away from constantly feeling "on" and creating practical ways to support recovery.
-
Understanding what may be disrupting your sleep and creating routines that support better rest.
-
Making realistic changes that support your health without turning everyday life into another full-time job.
If you're curious about working together, the first step is a complimentary session.
It's an opportunity for us to talk through what's currently happening with your health, what you would like to change and whether health coaching feels like the right support for you.
